The FPS 500M-hydro is a universal milling and drilling machine built in Germany for toolrooms, mold shops, maintenance departments and job shops that need more capacity than a compact mill can offer. A 9.4 hp direct-drive spindle with stepless speeds from 25 to 3,000 rpm delivers the power for heavy cuts and the speed for clean finishing passes.
Hydraulic tool clamping makes tool changes fast and effortless, saving time on every setup. The 31.5 × 16.5 in table with seven T-slots carries workpieces up to 660 lb, while the manually swiveling head (±90°) and additional 5.9 in head travel along the Y-axis let you reach complex features in a single setup.
Built on a rigid, low-vibration cast frame with hand-scraped guideways, the FPS 500M-hydro combines familiar handwheel operation with a digital readout — a modern alternative to the classic DECKEL FP-series mills, designed for decades of accurate production.
